1. Is it safe to order online?
Yes, very. Repopper uses industry standard SSL encryption to protect your details. Any sensitive information like your name, address and card details are encoded so they can only be read on the secure servers, who is secure behind a firewall.
2. I need to change my order, who can help with this?
If you want to edit or cancel your order then please notify us asap. Unfortunately once your order has been processed we cannot make any changes or cancellation.

Yes! If you post photos of you and our products on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter to help us promote, please email us and we will provide you with a 20% discount.
5. What currency are your prices listed in?
All of our prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).
6. My order still hasn’t arrived, I think it is lost?
Shipping time depends on the destination country and on the product, and varies between 15-35 business days. If you think your order has been delayed or lost in the post please contact us and we will start an investigation with the courier. Unfortunately we cannot re-send your order or refund you until the courier has concluded the investigation, we will keep you informed and will be in touch once the investigation has finished.
7. Can I get a refund?
Our policy lasts 30 days. if 30 days have passed since receipt, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

9. Will I get an email with my order details?
Yes! We will send you an email as soon as your order is placed summarizing all details. If your shipment is trackable, we will include the tracking ID in your shipping confirmation email.
