Q: Where Are You Located?

A: We're based in Zhejiang, China.

 

Q: How long does it take to transport?

A: After placing the order, we will ship it from global suppliers within 5 days.

Since then, for orders to the US, shipping usually takes about 14-21 working days.

For other international orders, you should wait 3-6 weeks for delivery due to the longer distance from the local customs and processing time.

If you have not received your goods within 60 days, you will get a full refund. 

 

Q: Can I Track My Order?

A: All our products come with a tracking ID that you can enter here.

Heads up that the ID can take around 5-10 days to be activated by the courier. If you're having any issues with tracking your order, please contact us.  

 

Q: Is it safe to order online? 

A: Yes, very. Repopper uses industry standard SSL encryption to protect your details. Any sensitive information like your name, address and card details are encoded so they can only be read on the secure servers, who is secure behind a firewall.

 

Q: Where Are My Items Shipped From? 

A: We work directly with partner suppliers in Asia, who ship our items directly from their warehouses.

 

Q: Not All Of My Items Have Arrived. Can You Help?

A: Depending on the order, we sometimes ship items separately, to avoid making you wait for products which take a bit longer to fulfil. If you've placed an order with several items, these may arrive separately. If this happens, we'll provide you with a separate tracking ID for each parcel so you can follow their progress.

 

Q: What's Your Return Policy?

A: We want you to love every product you receive from us, so if something isn't right, please get in touch. We'll be happy to refund or exchange your items.
If you'd like to return the item, please read our refund policy carefully, then contact us to begin the returns process.

 

Q: I need to change my order, who can help with this?

A: If you want to edit or cancel your order then please notify us asap. Unfortunately once your order has been processed we cannot make any changes or cancellation. 

 

Q: Are your prices tax-included?

A: Yes.

 

Q: Can I get a discount?

A: Yes! If you post photos of you and our products on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter to help us promote, please email us and we will provide you with a 20% discount.

 

Q: What currency are your prices listed in?

A: All of our prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). 

 

Q: My order still hasn’t arrived, I think it is lost?

A: Shipping time depends on the destination country and on the product, and varies between 15-35 business days. If you think your order has been delayed or lost in the post please contact us and we will start an investigation with the courier. Unfortunately we cannot re-send your order or refund you until the courier has concluded the investigation, we will keep you informed and will be in touch once the investigation has finished.

 

Q: Can I get a refund?

A: Our policy lasts 30 days. if 30 days have passed since receipt, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Q: My gift voucher isn't working.

A: Sorry about this! Email info service@repopper.com with your voucher code and we'll sort this out for you. 

 

Q: Will I get an email with my order details?

A: Yes! We will send you an email as soon as your order is placed summarizing all details. If your shipment is trackable, we will include the tracking ID in your shipping confirmation email.
